By purchasing any KBM program, course, or membership, the user agrees to the following terms: 

1. Any misconduct within the KBM Community will be grounds for immediate deletion of the user's account, at the discretion of Keeping Balance, LLC and its team members. This includes public forums and direct messaging. Under no circumstance will the following behavior be tolerated: 
- Bullying of any kind
- Vulgar language or inappropriate content
- Self-promotion or marketing to KBM members

Under certain circumstances, one warning will be issued before user is removed from the app.

2. When sending a direct message to the creator via the app, allow up to 48 working hours for a reply.

The material inside KBM courses and programs are for general information + education only, and not to be taken as medical advice. The information within KBM courses and programs are not to replace care from a licensed medical provider. 

Prior to starting any exercise program, seek clearance from your provider. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, headache, or nausea. 

If you are pregnant or postpartum, seek clearance from your care provider before starting an exercise program. Use pregnancy-specific modifications as outlined by your care provider.

Results from use of any KBM program, course, or membership will vary and are not guaranteed.

Due to the digital nature of KBM courses and programs, no refunds shall be issued.

Monthly memberships will be billed $19.99 every month starting from the end of the 7-day free trial and until cancelation. Annual memberships will be billed $199.99 one every year starting from the end of the 7 day free trial and until cancelation.

To cancel a membership, log in to https://kbm.passion.io on your desktop and go to Profile > Account Settings > Manage Your Plans. If you purchased your membership with Apple or Google, you will manage your subscription from within the App Store or Google Play. 

For one-time purchases, content is granted to user for the lifetime of the program and/or platform.

If you screenshot contents within the app, credit must be given to @courtneykeepingbalance. Limit one user per purchase and one user per login credentials.
